So I have some really green, no REALLY green, cannabutter from making it out of tons of leaf material due to not having a harvest off yet and even third tier bud being outrageously priced around here. Got looking for something with some flavor to cover up the green and came across this recipe that managed to do it just fine. Just gotta be careful to mix up the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon mixture evenly for even dosing if you put your actives in that instead of using active oil in the main batter.

2 1/2 Cups AP Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Sour Cream or Yogurt (Must be full fat for proper consistency in baking)
1/2 Cup Oil
3 Large Eggs
4 Tablespoons Butter
2/3rd Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
2-3 Teaspoons of cinnamon depending on freshness/strength and preference

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together.

In a separate mixing bowl for the wet ingredients combine the sour cream or yogurt, the eggs, the vanilla, and the oil until well combined.

In yet another mixing bowl for the dry ingredients combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda together and sift together.

Combine the two bowls of wet and dry ingredients and mix until just barely combined, a bit of lumpiness is to be expected.

Grease a 4"X 8" bread pan. Place one third of the batter in the bottom and spread it out evenly. On top of this spread out a layer of half of the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon mix evenly. Spread out another third of the batter on top of this. Spread out the other half of the cinnamon mixture on top of this.

Now take a butter knife and place to the bottom of the pan and gently go back and forth, up and down, and side to side a few times. The more you mix the more evenly the cinnamon will distribute but if your meds aren't in the butter then you can leave it a little chunkier and those bits of brown sugar will create small pockets of amazing. So feel free to mess it up however you like, it'll still be good.

Finally place the last of the batter on top of this evenly.

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes take out and cover the top with foil and then place back in the oven for another 25 minutes.

Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove from the bread pan to prevent it from getting soggy. Allow to cool and enjoy. Should be chilled for best taste and longevity.

Butter should be used for the cinnamon solution and oil should be used for the batter portion. This is for consistency. Replace any portion of either with enough medicated oil or butter to make 15-25 doses as this seems to be a good portion size for which to aim.
