CBD growing problems week 4-5

Greetings,
This is my second growing season (first season was destroyed because of bugs)!

I noticed something really weird, and that is Pistils all over my 4 weeks old plant... is this normal? What does it mean?

It's either an Auto flower plant or you're giving it 12 hours or more of dark.
