Chain link fence questions!

Im in ohio, can I grow in my backyard if I have a chain link, fenced in. If not would I be able to put up black mesh where the plant will sit along the fence

Here's the way the law reads:

"Home cultivation may only “take place within a secured closet, room, greenhouse, or other enclosed area in or on the grounds of the residence that prevents access by individuals less than twenty-one years of age, and which is not visible by normal unaided vision from a public space.” If you fall into that category, then yes you can.

Here's the way the law reads:

"Home cultivation may only “take place within a secured closet, room, greenhouse, or other enclosed area in or on the grounds of the residence that prevents access by individuals less than twenty-one years of age, and which is not visible by normal unaided vision from a public space.” If you fall into that category, then yes you can.
Backyard- can see it from any streets or public area.
Fenced in- secured enclosed area
Under 21- I’ll have to tell youngsters to stay out of the backyard.
