Changing Lights After A Few Weeks Of Veg. ?

Hello my friends ! , I have a couple of quick questions , if I may . I started my little one under a small led , for a week and half , moved her under my white crees x4 bulbs for a week half ,
I'm thinking it may be a little strong for it ( guessing ). thinking about hanging up my Mars hydro 96 reflector back up and let her finish vegging under it , then use the cree's for bloom . Will that hurt any ? same light time , and if so what a good height for the Mars l.e.d. to be above her ?

Whats the spectrum of your cree’s? (or the degrees kelvin, ie 4000k)

not sure , don't see anthing on the driver but 319 watts , etc

all I got is some info on the back of the driver , output 319.2 w input 100 - 240 vac 3.5a /. 277vac 1.45
