What's the deal with UV bursts? Sorry got caught in a bad storm... really bad. No power for 2 to 3 weeks bad. So... bring me up to speed :)

I do UVB exposure in the back half of flower because it improves resin and thc content in studies (and I did it last time with happy results). Basically trying to simulate the sun's UV at the height of day. The response is akin to sunscreen to protect seeds/gametes.

Or at least that's the theory.

Are you using like UVB bulbs for reptiles kind of bulbs or something else? What type of bloom booster are you using?

I hang a cheap Chinese led light in tent last 2 weeks for the uv and ir but its not ideal, think I'm gonna try strips along the edge of reflectors, I've been eyeing a few strips up. Just waiting for spare funds after xmas

Shiiiiiiiiiiit if I buy another light... Wife's Head --> Explodes. Nope. Done for a while lol! They will have to frosty out to the max on their own with what they've got lol :D

The BigNug this time round is twice as frosty, but I don't know exactly why? Maybe it's other things I've improved on. I'm going to need more time to decide, it have another 20 plants ready for flip so I think I might use the led on half or maybe a quarter of them( as footprint isn't great anyway) and I'll be able to see side by side the effect.

Unfortunately I don't get to rest too much as there's so much to do and my partner has mobility issues . We're also in local lockdown so having someone round to help isn't an option, but I am taking things slowly
