I had a thought / brainfart today its either brilliant or well the result of holding in a fart too long
Fulvic acid is beneficial in plants for a multitude of reasons not the least of which is it being a natural chelating agent, helping things move into a plant faster and easier, I was wondering if you combined Fulvic acid and Diatomaceous earth if the fulvic would aid the adsorption of the silica based D.E?
DE is essentially silica and its cheaper and does not mess with your PH as drastically as the commonly used potassium silicate which is the long standing go to for growers to strengthen a plants stems and protect against pests, disease and droughts.
To my mind and amature armchair organic chemist fulvic should aid adsorption of DE thats fine enough to enter the root membrane Id love to hear thoughts and opinions from folks smarter than myself.
