Cleaning Aqua Pore Diffusors

I was wondering what people do to clean their aqua pore diffusors. Do you just leave them in your UC while you bleach it?

That's all I do. I might give them a quick once over with a scrub brush but basically just leave them in the buckets when I sterilize the system with bleach. I've had some issues with the one in the epicenter plugging up. I've had to remove it and use a scribe to reopen the holes a bit.
