CMH lighting question for my 4x4 tent

I have a 4x4 tent that Im running this CMH lighting in currently. All of my other tents are LED but I wanted to give this a go. The light has settings of 240W, 480W, 630W, and “Super Lumen” I currently am running the tent on the 480W setting, just flipped to 12/12 yesterday. Wondering if I should stay at 480W or if it’s safe to bump to 630W in a 4x4? Pretty well ventilated. (Wanted to let these get bigger before flower but my stash is going dry lol)

You can try to crank it just monitor temps and use the back of your hand at canopy level. I wouldnt bother with the super lumen aka the "buy more bulbs" setting.
