Coco in Ebb and Flow

Hey people, how would you go about floods in an ebb and flow system with coco ? I feel that the bottom of my softpots stays kinda wet even after all the water drains..
The seedlings are also turning a light color, i'm wondering if i'm maybe flooding too much.. 2 floods a day at the moment !
