Hello,

So I made the dumb mistake of using cold fridge water when watering my plants. This is my first grow and I did not know cold water can shock the plants. I planted 4 in total, 1 died the others are still healthy but have shown no signs of growth whatsoever. This was done about 3 or 4 days ago.

I'm growing in cococoir mixed with living soil. My grow light is the spiderfarm spf1000 and I'm watering with liquid seaweed and molasses mixed into regular water.

My main question is are the plants lost causes? Is there something I can do to save them/get them growing again?

Keep en warm like 75-80f and water with as close to that temp as possible. Just fill with roughly close and let it sit by them fir an hour ir 2 if you want to be perfect about but i dont think you need to.

They should be fine
