Hi, New to the forum. I have come over from grass city to see what people are doing with tincture. I use everclear 190 and am currently working on infusing simple syrup for beverages, dessert toppings etc. I have had decent success using perfected xanthan. Recently moved on to a product called 210S. These two binding agents come from the modernist pantry, I do not work for them. I was wondering what other folks are working on with their tincture. To date I have made chocolate and grape syrup. Both syrups tasted great with no cannabis flavor detected. The taste of cannabis in edibles puts me off. There is no interest, besides one or two people, on grass city. It may be the same here. I am working in an area called nano-emulsions. There is recreational application and possibly medical because of the bio-availability of the cannabis compounds. So, I am looking for filtering advice and if anyone else is working with molecular gastronomy. Thanks, stay safe everyone!
