Can anyone tell me about this is it a nutrient problem or the way the strain is im not sure ?

We need more to go by than one picture of one leaf. Lets have a few pictures of the whole plant and a detailed summary of your grow including your medium, your nutrients and your watering routine. All the information is required for an accurate diagnosis. Otherwise its just a guess. If I were to guess, my guess would be calcium deficiency but I don't know that for sure without the rest of the information.

I have it in a 5 gallon pot i water every 3 4 days depending on rain i have it in ocean forest soil the nutrients i give is banana tea or compost tea

Small plant, not a well developed root structure in a 5 gallon pot. You're watering every 3-4 days depending on rain ... It sounds like the soil is always wet. If your soil is always wet, it creates an unhealthy environment for the roots. Those spots are related to over-watering.
