Was just over there..where is the shit storm?..
The forum looks calm and I do not see them giving refunds..I germinated 1x Banana OG and 1x DoSiDo and while I want the strains..I don't need hermies.
read the last 8 pages on RIU. People have found males across multiple s1 varieties. And reading between the lines it seems the guy selling the s1 seeds in the first place was a scam artist who didn’t have any of the cuts in the first place. Gu has posted a straight apology and offered 3 methods to compensate people who purchased those seeds.

Transplanted yesterday and they are already looking better so it seems they were a little root bound. They had nice white roots. I dusted the holes with great white and sprayed with a foliage solution of fulpower and Epsom to help get things going. The bigger seedling is pakman and it’s really progressing. LA Con has stalled a little and likely needs a transplant as well. Both are going outside so I need to start hardening them off. Once they’ve been outside, they can’t come back in the tent so I’ll need to set up a supplemental light for a week. I soaked a couple of bag seeds and put them in solo cups. We’ll see what happens

Transplanted LA Con yesterday. The roots looked nice and healthy but she’s so small for the amount of roots there were. Both LA and Pakman are going outside today to start hardening them off

What's your take on all the S1 commotion on the GPS seeds? I popped 1 each of their DoSiDo and Banana OG the other day..both popped in 12 hrs after a 12 hr soak..I hear Gu was taken by another breeder..Rumors over at other forums.

I popped 4x Cookies and Chem..all seem to be Chem leaning by the smell of the stems rubbed. I see 1 def female (nice legs..LOL), 1 probable female and 2 probable males (judging by structure alone).

My take is that it sucks for Gu and GPS but they have excellent customer service and are willing to replace the packs. The shit bag that took advantage of Gu is the same schmuck that is Copycat Genetics and Apex Genetics, found right here on the farm. The purple punch didn’t have any issues but the wedding cake never popped. I don’t have a problem cutting down a male but I do have a problem not knowing what genetics I’m running. Tbh, unless I watch a grow/pollination from beginning to end and have the seends handed to me directly from the bud then I’m inevitably taking the word of a breeder that the seed is what it’s supposed to be

I’m deciding what I want from their catalog to replace my S1’s, probably copper chem and something else. Maybe LVTK or Pure Animal from CVS or a pack of the new testers if they allow it

My problem is hermies ..males I can deal with (If decent, I would raise one and get the pollen)..Gu did make things right by me, and I am in the same spot trying to decide what I want..What do you mean "if they allow it" (the testers)..Suckers are full boat at $89 so we should be able to do what we please yes??

Hermies would definitely be a bitch but the reports are that there are straight up males in these “fem s1’s”. I’d guess the testers are available but don’t want to assume anything. The Sunday stallion and western cookies sound pretty great

I think I’m going to snag a pack of copper chem and cookie wreck. I’ll wait on the testers
I have 1x Cookie Wreck that just went to flower a few weeks back..Have high hopes for that one..So far, I had very good luck with their GW#4..haven't seen it as seed this yr..I only have 2 fems seeds left, but am trying to make some S1's )perish the thought..LOL)

The color has really come back after transplant. I’m going to top on the next couple days. Pakman and LA Con didn’t make it outside. I’m going to wait until this weekend when it won’t be as hot or sunny to help ease them into the outside world
