Hopefully you’re a transplanting fool right about now

Because they grow so fast, I'll put them in 4" pots, then 1 gallon, before I select who's the prettiest. LOL
Heya C is see you’re back at it. Happy to read along and learn what to do about septoria this season I’m going to move my plants into the sunniest part of my garden and give that a try. I wish I knew what stopped it on my plants somehow I think it was the frost I got cuz it only affected the bigger leaves and didn’t really affect much of the sugar leaves. I’m going to look for something here that will help early onset. I’ll look for something up here. Thanks much! Do you have pics of the plants? Were the leaves that fell off near the bottom?
And did you spray the plants too?
The septoria that ruined my plants last year eventually reached the sugar leaves and I had to destroy all.
Here's what it looked like:

Hey Rooke! Glad to 'hear' from you again. Good plan to stay to the sunniest side of yard, but that didn't help with me.Heya C is see you’re back at it. Hanging tough! Even the ones that got trampled are clinging by a thread! I just posted an update today! Right on sister! It’s almost showtime! So, it looks like the umbrellas WERE needed. We've had 3 days of on and off rain with 2 more on the way.
The little ones in the house now have *2* fans going all the time.(learnt my lesson)
I have a few too many, even after culling some while transplanting.
6 flats with 18 in each, that means.... too many! LOL
How are your volunteers doing?

Everything is land races, except for the volunteers! Just started at different times! Maybe it’s just my slipshod way of doing things, but the land races seem to be a lot less vigorous than the modern stuff when they are babies! More like preemie’s!Took a look and they are doing great! Are the little ones the landraces?
I'm with you on that Oldchucky, i'll be full time outdoors with them by about that time this summer.Around here is anytime after the first week of June to be safe! I don’t know about your neck of the woods! You have a lot better veg weather than I do! Last year, I didn’t get them out into the big pots in back till June 28! But come late October and early November I didn’t see any difference between them and the ones put out the first week of June in previous years! So I don’t sweat it too much anymore!
Sheeesh and i got stressed with 3 flats of marigolds an zinnias LOLSo, it looks like the umbrellas WERE needed. We've had 3 days of on and off rain with 2 more on the way.

Cpurrrr doesn’t start frosting up till she’s stressed! She thrives on it!Sheeesh and i got stressed with 3 flats of marigolds an zinnias LOL
i start seeds and veg under 5000k shop lights pretty often. Theyre fine, just dont let em get closer then 6 inches or so, white and blue wavelengths carry a lot more energy for their intensity. When they burn youll know. Burn under those 5000k lights almost looks like mineral nutrient burn along the tips and margins. 8-10" is fine with 5000k. Node spacing stays tighter under higher energy wavelengths by default. It is however the hardest color of light to wean a plant into real sun from. i dont usually use them for plants that will end up outside. I pop many outdoor seedlings right into full appalachian sun. And give it to them as often as possible as soon as possible.I had them under LED shop lights augmented with 'grow' strip lights stuck stuck on between the original lights.
A very low budget setup, but I thought it would be fine 'cause my geraniums and roman chamomile did wonderfully under them.
Now, I DID notice the tomato seedling's cotyledon leaves looked fried and they haven't done much for a week.
Possible that I over stressed the weed seedlings too and it wasn't as obvious.
Sister if i had your space and a handy hubby i'd make a farm stand. I'm ashamed to say i had failures on my flat of zinnias and the simple marigolds crazy eh? I don't know why other than they had to sit under the patio that probley was too cold. Now i planted more of something really simple sunflowers all colors 3 flats those are popping up. I planted more bushes around my backyard fence this a.m. ornimental grasses and butterfly bushes i like color. I still need to plant my corn.I am sooooo stressed right about now.
In addition to the weed, I have 4 flats of geraniums, 3 flats of Roman Chamomile and a flat of Large leaved canna flowers.
And the funny thing is... I have no idea where to plant them all. LOL
Wait, AND a flat of basil. Lemon, Dark Opal and Greek mini. Geesch.
Oh, oh and I have 2 flats of zinnias, 1 tall and 1 short. Now THOSE are going in the flower garden and THIS year I'm put up a trellis to help keep them upright into the Fall season.
I tried to grow coreopsis and they came up grew 2 leaves, then turned dark and stopped. Something was off with my setup 'cause the tomato plants did the same thing.Sister if i had your space and a handy hubby i'd make a farm stand.
