so i just got a new job im working 11 hours a day im will be harvesting in a few days . will not burping the jars for 12 or 13 hours straight gonna be a problem

12 hour sweat is fine.

12 hours is fine for the first week.
Most people do 24 hours, but the first week is risking mold if you haven't dried enough. Move to 24 hours after the first week.

- don't get lazy
- don't forget to burp
- don't forget to close the jars (don't laugh)
- cure for at least 3 full weeks before you store it. (sample as you go ).

Slow is the ticket for smooth smoke.
