Look how my new inline carbon filter came. The outer and inner box were not damaged.
They failed to send my email with the return authorization at plantlightinghydroponics so I called the next morning.
The guy called sunlight supply for me and called me back in an hour. He said they dropped the ball and were supposed to contact me.
Now I am supposed to be direct shipped a replacement from the Detroit warehouse. And I am supposed to keep or discard the dented filter.
Dropped the ball but good customer service right?

Almost 2 years ago with the old owners I had a t-5 ballast fail. The inside 4 lamps went out. The rep at plantlighting had me go through this same exact scenario. Sunlight dropped the ball and now you can keep the old lamp and they will direct ship you a new one.
Then 3 days later they called and asked where the old lamp was. I already had the new one. I sent it back to keep good relations.
So I am here with the dented filter all boxed back up waiting.......
