Depends on how I feel. First run was 23 days second run was 8 weeks. With the jack I'm going to take clones from those 3 once they mature. My perpetual is dicey right now because I don't have a drying tent or a decent veg space yet.

Like 45 days . seems like a 12" veg is about 30days and a 45 days veg is 16 inches - once did a 21 inche veg for a blue Dream and got a 7.5 foot plant !!! thanks for your information and post - sure many are learning a lot from them

That is impressive!

I wasnt impressed with the longer veg time but it was from clone rather than seed. I'm thinking with the jack that I will put 4 clones in each bucket and veg them for 6-8 weeks.

I always think of corn rows and the uniformity of planting several plants together. Though I do appreciate the kind words.

@Funk junky that is cool to know. I want a euphoric trip in my vape lol

Day 45 - Week 6 of flower
Growpito Sim Mix, enzymes, beneficials
Mega Crop - 880ppm
CalMag Pro - 280ppm
Tap Water - 180ppm
5.6 ph
80-86f ambient
77-83f Leaf Surface
50-60% RH

Well this has been a messed up week of me trying to diagnose a problem that was occurring differently in each plant.

The plant in the front left was under watered and suffered PH issues plus nitrogen and or CalMag problems.

The plant in the front right was having PH issues, nitrogen and or CalMag problems.

The plant in the back left was suffering PH issues.

The plant in the back right seemed to be nitrogen and or CalMag with little PH symptoms.

On the bright side the plants are like gooey sticky with the strong musk and super sweet smells. I think 2lbs is possible again but I think 4lbs could have been possible.

Here are pics in between. I'm thinking my base nutrients before MC were messed up, not enough CalMag, according to my mentor I don't want a PH above 6.0, and then metabolism slowed down and started suffering from over watering.

This Sim Mix, as the creator/mentor has informed, is that I should ignore base tap PH and to get my nutrients to 1.0 ec or 880ppm. GLN doesn't specify a feed rate for their CalMag so I ignored the 200ppm of that and only measured out the MC to GLN and Growpito specs.

So far the only thing I don't agree with is flooding every 3 days. My plants prefer a daily 30% flood and while this medium supposedly doesn't suffer from salt build up it is still rockwool. At the least I believe commercial tomato growers know enough that I can trust daily flooding or hourly of rockwool regardless of its form can work since they do it.

To me, the plant looks about finished and the yellowing is fairly normal, for the most part. I agree that I would cut back on the nutrients at this late stage, but the plant looks like it is pretty well ripened and ready to be taken down.

How is 1.0 ec 880 ppm? At a .5 conversion its 500 ppm. And the only other conversion i know is .7 which is 700 ppm.

And why do the base nutes need cal mag supplementation? What are they missing?

Also 150 ppm is the excepted amount of added cal mag to ro water to re mineralize. And that means .3 ec.

Too much nutes is still my call and i assume you need to ph under 6 like you said. But i never used rockwool so if i am wrong someone please correct me. also way to much cal mag in my opinion.

Seriously? They are not done yet and the leaves are quite burned.
It wouldn't be the first time I was wrong. Mine often look like this at the end of flowering, although it's sort of hard to get a good idea of the heft of them. I would expect to see more damage to the new growth if it was being overfed, although the high nute levels might suggest otherwise. With mostly just the older fan leaves being affected, this is why my opinion was a finishing issue rather than a overfeeding issue...but like I said before, it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong.

Or you could be right. Or maybe its ripe and the overnuting has it growing new calyx and white hairs with them.

We are all only speculating from what we see. Maybe im wrong?

Hey... I think you're right. I created my own problems when I was low on nutrients and at the least I don't think you're wrong about the nutes. I'm supposed to be at 680ppm and I'm double.

Thanks I really need an EC meter

Your mind should be sufficiently expanded by then. ;-)
Shit, my mind was mush. Wife made another food coma meal and I passed out on the couch last night. Or maybe I'm just smoking too much before dinner? NAW!

Check out your current ppm meter and see if you can find which scale it uses and do the math until you get a new one. Most are pretty accurate.
