Deformation Continues on Leaves. Please Help

Friends, my plant is 15 days old, it has been watered 3 times, I did the last watering 2 days ago. I adjusted the pH but I do not trust the pH meter that I measured in the previous two waterings. Why are the leaves like this? The problem continues in the new leaves

Have you fertilized or is the soil amended? Young plants often react to fertilizer. In any case I wouldn’t be too concerned, other than misshapen leaves, they look fine.

In the last irrigation I added 1.5 ml canna terra Vega, 1.5 ml rhizotonic and 1 ml cannayzm to 500 ml ph adjusted water. This is the current state.
