Dehumidifier for grow tent 4×4 - 6 feet tall

I have a 4x4 gown tent thats like 6 feet tall and I need a decent humidifier because I have 2 Vivosun watering bases in my tent. I tried using one that removed 33ounces a day which was definitely not enough. Anyone have any not overly priced dehumidifier in mind? Or how much should ai be looking for in moisture removal? I seen a one that removed 32 pints a day.

Problem with dehumidifier in the tent is heat. I could never keep one in the tent in my space, it would be mid 80s in there.

There are 8 pints in a gallon, so 32 pints is 4 gallons. I have one in my lung room that has about a 1-gallon tank. When the plants are large and transpiring a lot, I empty the tank maybe once every few days. I haven't kept track, so I'm not sure.

I live in the super humid and hot south east and the best thing I've ever done to fight high RH is to run a good unit in the room and run an intake fan, even just a 20-30 dollar duct fan from ac infinity is great, they come wired to a dimmer, passive intake sometimes doesn't cut it

Ok Lemme tell ya how I finally got my humidity in my 4x4 handled.
Being in a large basement with a smaller tent did not work for me. I had a 32 pint per day in the basement and it could not keep up when it rained.
I put my 4x4 in a room in the basement. I put the dehu in the room and shut the room. It maintains fine for about 3 hours then would creep up.
I bought a 50pint per day wet room dehu and put it in the room. It drove the heat up till the low temp with lights on was 79.
I finally fixed it by putting the 32 back in the room with the tent and making a transfer from one room to another room to stabilize.
32 pint in room set at 45%
50 pint in rest of the basement set on constant run ( during flower )
Register transfer fan on an ACI on off control switch looking at humidity
Added expense and time.

Lol, the bigger the better! I am also in a basement, NE Illinois. Maybe 20x30 room. 50 pint works well, but runs often.

@GenieMan - Do you have an environment controller for your tent? I use AC Infinity controllers, but VivoSun sells them, too. Highly recommended.

Keep in mind that humidity and temperature are related. Controllers calculate VPD (vapor pressure deficit), which can be quite helpful for tent growing. VPD is calculated from both temperature and humidity. Humidity can be lowered by raising the temperature, so it would be helpful to consider both.

It's always changing because I have to keep the tent door open or the humidity sky rockets into the mid to high 80's because of the 2 plants and the 2 self watering bases. It could be 70 humidity one day with the door open and the next day it could be higher or lower depending on outside humidity. My plants in late flower so I got to keep it closer to the 50's in humidity as much as I can. My temps are high 70's. If I run the upstaires AC that brings the humidity down to around the 50's but that and cheap running a 10,000BTU AC at full power 24/7 lol. I also keep a little fan in there to keep the air flowing.

You can get some supplemental help with buckets of dessicant like Damp Rid. If you get a couple buckets you can have one extracting while you reset the used dessicant in an oven with baking pan sheets. A bit of a pain in the ass but it'll help draw out the excess moisture without a 700w power draw and heat issues.

Took some pics of my setup. A decent setup, nothing fancy. Left is Royal Seeds - Trainwreck Auto and by the same company is Fat Bannana which seems to have been munched on by some insect. I looked all over that plant for it too. I think it was something that flys maybe a Japanese beetle. Idk. And my cheesy dehumider thats being returned haa.
