Did I defoliate way too much?

I defoliated and lollipopped this White Widow on day 22 of flower and took off almost all of the fan leaves to see how the plant would react. Did I cut way too much off of the plant or will it fill back out? Also, how high should I lollipop the plant?

No. Just dont defoliate again.

You did it right but you do it over time not all at once it can shock the plant.
