distance from seedlings

any advice on distance of a 357 led from newly emerging seedlings?

hi from what i have read its between 14 to 18 inches but maybe someone with more experience can pass on some advice.

Seedlings i would if i was you use a sml cfl. keep it about 2 inches from the bulb. seedlings and 357 magnum is not a good mix (Uv is to challenging for the lil ones).

very very far i have burned clones rooted with mine at 2 1/2 ft away

im using 2 t5's 4 bulbs each until about a month old then ill start with veg for 2 weeks then go to full spectrum for to weeks then go to flower under full spectrum to finish i am using a 357 mag plus
