nice root porn. i have made a few of these that came out really good. i found that using netcups works better then just inserts in small holes and i've done both now. also no glue is needed in yoru manifold there is not that much pressure just stick the stuff togather and push the spray heads in and you will not get any leaks. here are a few pics of mine... i just built this one last week. 396 pump. 50 sites, 50 netcups where i cut everything off but the lip. found 3/4" elbows with "bottom out" that work perfect to make corners. i did have to get a ton of adapters to make them work with my 1/2 setup but it was worth it because it looks clean and makes it easy to add a third row to the manifold. i had to get a screw in 3/4 adapter to a smooth 3/4" female inlet then 3 3/4 to 1/2 reducers for each corner. about $12 total int he 4 corner assemblies.

I likes a lot! I built a 32 site one in the gray Rubbermaid, but how do you keep the handles from leaking? Silicone? That's what I used, but about 2/3's the way through my grow it started leaking. Oh, and I used mine to clone all the way to maturity in 3" net-pots filled with hydroton. Worked well, but it got real crowded.
