Hi all and thanks for the help!

ebb and flow - 4'x4' 60gal res - 6"x6" sq hydroton
25th day into 12/12 7p-7a - girls around 3' tall
1000w HPS

Containers sitting in trays with no hydroton (in tray) and exposed roots growing everywhere.

Do the exposed roots stress the plants?

What should I do or shouldn't do at this point?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Yo bud just cover your tray with panda plastic or if ya can't because it's a pain in the ass just cover them maybe with a layer of hydroton.

Thanks!

Too late for plastic and the hydroton will just float around right? Or am I missing something?

How bad does this stress the plants?

As always thanks for the help!

You can clearly see the roots.

Some of them have algae.

What's pythium, root rot?

Thanks everyone!

Thanks in advance for the help!

I don't have any 'specifically' for this and the girls are asleep ATM but I have a few you can see the trays in the background, etc.

Thanks again!

Healthy roots are white and don't have green hairy shit growing all over them.
You NEED to cover them, even if you need to cut the plastic in several pieces.

Do something those roots look BAD.
