Does anyone know what's going on?

So this is my People Russian Express I put it into flower on January 17th and this one was covered by mites. I don't know what else is going on with this plant, it has brown speckles on the leaves and all the top buds don't have trichomes like the lower buds do. Can someone please help me.
I pH my water and I grow in just regular soil that I Fertilizer with Dr. Earth's Flower Girl. My temps remain at a constant 82° daytime and 70-73° nighttime.

How did you control the mites? Did you spray the buds?
No offense but I don't think it is going to end well.

Yeah, it sucks but I think this may be a cut your losses situation. Clean your grow area really well, start a new crop and treat for pests preventatively next time around so you don't have to risk spraying when there's buds on the plant.
