Does house lighting count as light spillage?

Will incandescent lights disrupt the flowering cycle? Internet seems pretty intent on dark meaning ZEROOOO light, but mostly mentions specifically HID streetlights/ porch lights etc. But if a plant being grown under a 600 led light, is mostly covered in the corner of someone’s living room, will the lights from the TV/ incandescent bulbs/ xmas tree lights throw off the cycle at night when the lights are off and it’s otherwise dark out, no sunlight through the window?

Yes; in an emergency you can use green light, but best to allow no incandescent room light at all
