does this mean my plants are ready to transplant

these plants have been in this 1 gallon pot for about 10 days roots are starting to come out the bottom drain holds are they ready to be transplanted ?

I think the roots are finding the limits of the pot. They’ll air prune themselves and start wrapping around the pot. I might go another week then transplant.
