The dead leaves say it doesn't look alright. I think you're overwatering.

Cannabis is not a house plant. Too much water and it's dead. The problem seems to be that newbies stare at their seedlings and think "There must be some way I can help," and that "help" is adding water.

There isn't much to growing a seedling. You can water it until it drowns or you can pay attention to what the plant is telling you. So far, you're drowning them. Change the way you do things or you will keep getting the same results.
