I germinated and plated this a few days ago, is this normal growth in the seedling beginning stage? Or was it a bad seed?
Damm, I thought the Cotyledon was stuck, but I think you're right, it's upside down, turn it over and bury the root, it might survive.look like it's updside down with the cotyledons inside the ground and the young root broken upward ... not normal at all
(can be saved by replacing the seed in the ground and burying it flush with the cotyledons and treating it as a clone with slightly overwatered soil for one to two weeks, so it can easily get water from the short buried stem while she take time to form new roots)
The most worrying thing is that the root extremity seem it has been broken, and that it may take some time to form new root from the short stem once buried, i had a seedling like that also with the root broken and that flipped over after transplant and first watering few weeks ago, re-transplanted it, it started recovering after a week and half or so.Damm, I thought the Cotyledon was stuck, but I think you're right, it's upside down, turn it over and bury the root, it might survive.
