Double Grape with huge difference in phenos

Two Mephisto Double Grapes at 78 days above ground. These two are so very different the taller plant is stacking buds while the short one has what appears to be loose, leafy buds. Can I expect any yield from the short plant? Any guesses on when I should chop? Any and all help appreciated.

If the leafy one is frosty, make hash. If you've never made hash:

1. learn how
2. make some
3. kick yourself for not making it before.
