Down To Earth DRY Rose & Flower Fertilizer?

I don't wanna spend $25 for a little tub of Gaia green anymore esp now that I have a outdoor vegtable garden. So, I am switching to Down To Earth. Does anyone know of the Rose & Flower fertilizer is used like a bloom fert? Or do I just amend the 4-4-4 with some seabird guano and langbeinite ? This is organic grow

For down to earth you would use the 4-8-4 rose and flower fertilizer as the bloom. One thing I've noticed is if your plant is sensitive to nitrogen, this may cause nitrogen toxicity during the flower stage.
