Dry colder grow

I have a short 24 carat by mesphito autoflower close to finish. It is so dry right now one bud is almost bowl ready at the tip. I went ahead and cut the one cola.

Is this a sign of being done if the upper bud won’t take water? The lowers are still moist. The trichromes are 90%
cloudy no amber.

I have a BB doing the same thing. Crispy leaves at the top. It's stalled out on the trichomes getting amber. I think the cooler temps in my basement might be the cause. Friday will be 12 weeks, that's enough for me. Amber or not it's time for another crop. She's coming down.
