Drying temp and humidity! IS THIS GOOD!

I've read that 62% @ 62F is optimal....I can never get both right. I'm either too warm or have too high humidity but those numbers are what I strive for ......IMHO its better a little drier than wetter like 55% better than 65% I fear the mould when drying if humidity gets too high.....I can always add a bit of moisture back if I over dry by placing a fresh leaf in the jar

If you can maintain that you should get a nice slow dry.
