Dying leaves/stagnant growth (cause? Bugs?)

My plants all have the same issue fairly suddenly. The leaves are dying and they have stopped growing. I’m using LED lights and Fox farm though I have not fed them in a while due to this issue. The bigger ones died first and now im getting desperate as I do not want to lose the genetics. I had a spider mite issue but this looks different than mite damage(from the little I know and learned online). Any ideas? Let me know if any other information would be helpful.

What mutes have u been feeding what ph is the water what light are u using how far away and what light is it more info would help how often an how much are u watering etc
