Early stage growth, just learning

Would welcome any advice about the first two week of growth. Should I think about nutrients at this early stage? Also light cycle presently have them under 150 watt led, 24hrs, about two feet above with a fan on them.

Sounds good so far and yes you should be. As the plant develops it's first true set of leaves it will be looking for food. If your medium has food already mixed in depending on what it is you may be alright for a bit longer. Your plant will tell you with lime green leaves and slow growth. Do not overwater.
