Hey errybody!

We're having to move to a new rental house in Colorado bc our last place was sold. We found a great big house to rent w/ huge basement but all the utilities are managed by a 3rd party called Conservice so none of the electric or water bills would actually be in our name & we would be billed by the 3rd party. Seems kinda strange if we were to be growing indoors but does anyone have experience or history w/ this company or this sort of thing while having high electric bills from growing indoors?

Thank you all for any insight!!

3rd party usually costs more you can't switch?

They said we're no allowed to opt out of the service which is super lame.. supposedly only $10/mo but then they have all our utility usage info

Anything in the rental agreement that says you can’t grow cannabis or that puts a cap on the usage amount for that $10. If not I’d tell them pound sand when you make the meter spin like a frisbee.
