awesome job man! hope round 2 on my end can grow some giants like those babies.

Thanks! I hope yours goes well too!

Talk to UCTRUTH.. your plants are doing EXACTLY what his Purple AK did.. too much N because House and Garden does not make a flowering A&B and your shit spent its first few weeks in flower still producing leaves instead of stopping to go into heavy flower..Your shit did exactly what his did.. Sorry bud but man they did look amazing for good long time...

Yeah, we had 1 room flower and 1 room not flower (much larger). Probably strain dependent. I can tell you we don't have all these PH issues people claim. We are gonna toss in some Canna Aqua Flores.

Nice work and bud shots f1ydave! Ohh man, that Age Old Mystery Strain is swollen with some fat colas... :rock

Yeah, a friend of ours who has a few grows under his belt thinks they may even double in size...we can only hope, lol.

Passion my friend, continued Good Vibes, Go Blue, Peace Shiva

Haha thanks my friend!

We are adding Canna Aqua Flores in a hot minute, hopefully in the next day or two we will see a noticeable difference.

The girls are looking oh so pretty...

Room #1 is LA Confidential
Room #2 is Strawberry Cough (supposedly now)

Friend who gave us the clones botched it all up apparently, he is pissed cause he doesn't have a mother from the LA Con and it looks like fire sauce to me!

Pulling vs. Blowing Air

Sweet setup-

Have you considered attaching your in-line fan to your out-take vent and pulling the air from the lights instead of blowing air through them? Some say it's much more efficient to pull air through the fans rather than pushing, other say pushing hot air through the unit lowers the lifespan of the fan- Any thoughts anyone?

Do you have a freshwater top-off rez attached to your UC system or are ya going w/out?

The Cheesus is no longer Cheesus, it is L.A. Confidential

The Cheesus is no longer Cheesus, it is L.A. Confidential and the mystery strain is Confidential Cheese. Clones came out of the wrong side of the cloner.

I am NOT an HVAC expert or have any training or real education on the matter. I did however research to the best of my ability on HVAC forums.

the inline fan pulls the air thru, you do this for a couple reasons; first, you need to match the airflow properly, 350 CFM per 1000w light. second, to get proper air flow thru a tube you must create a negative pressure, otherwise air being pushed into the hoods would be turbulent and not naturally flow around the lights (adding additional noise and temp). third, you want to position the inline fan halfway between the intake and exhaust to reduce noise levels.

Pushing hot air thru the inline fan could reduce its lifespan...however that is relative. Since my air intake is cool air (65 degrees or less), my exhaust temperature is not hot (80-85 degrees). I doubt that 80-85 degree temperature would negatively effect my inline fans shelf life. Now if the temperature was closer to 100+ degrees, that may be a different story (and/or a high humidity basement causing corrosion).

Yes, I have 2 - 55 gallon food grade plastic drums that are filled by a Stealth Reverse Osmosis 200 gallon per day with float valve. The drums have a pvc line that connects to a float valve in each system and it auto tops off each UC.
