am i best having a fan blowing over the top of my plants and one down the bottom blowing onto the stems.

That sounds good..you can never have to much air circulation IMO.

I like my plants to be doin a little dance, swayin in the breeeeeeze....watch your watering and soil condition because it will definately dry things out faster when ya have alot of air moving.

Since my mildew prob I've put fans on the floor pointing upwards through the canopy to the light and CF....now they sway gently like TK says...
