Fattening or Foxtailing?

Hi all, need your opinions and advise
Are my Gal's Foxtailing or fattening? We're in week 11 /12 so about to finish, they are Royal Dwarf Auto, Sativa strain.been flowering for 46 days , lights T5 timing always been 20/4 , usual A&B nutes , half strength, and PK early on. Just bought some BK52 to try, pH range always between 5.5/6.2 . Always watered to runoff plus 20% temp is between 20°/25° RO is between 49/52% .

I'd only worry if temps were out of whack. How close are your lights to the tops of the plant?

I was gonna say some smart ass thing like if you're using LED's its foxtailing, if using HPS they're fattening.. But I see you're using T5's... interesting lol. In that case I'd say they're just fluffing up. Smoke will still be great but they wont get as dense as they would under a stronger light.
