I don't see any pollen sacks. If it has 2 white pistils coming out of it, its not a pollen sack. It looks perfectly fine.

So if there are white hairs growing.out of that bit it's ok? Plant is coming along really well

How long does the flowering stage usually last?

Myou plant it getting a bit too high.
