First indoor grow, any tips? Can apply pictures if needed

This isn’t my first go around but it is my first indoor grow around, i let them beg or 50 days and trained since they were very small and switched them to flower at day 50, they are now at day three flower. This is all different than the outdoor grow I did last year! Looking for some intelligent people to get associated with as well to discuss growing with

Update, these are unknown seeds for now for a practice run until mine are shipped, I use fox farm big bloom and grow big getting ready to transition into adding tiger bloom as well. I water every other day, not too much tho every other watering I feed, the light cycle went from 18/6 down an hour to it gets 11 1/2 light and 12 1/2 dark now, I have my light 14 inches away & using spider farmer

they have had lst from early stages, maybe too early but it’s a little late now lol but they have all been topped and I’m trying to keep them short, I’m trying to figure out if they are male or female and I can’t see no signs so far, one of them smells really good and has for a long time, don’t know if that means anything or not!?
