That depends on the light and if it's really 200w. If so, I think you would be ok.

That's 22.2 watts per square foot, which is less than the commonly recommended 30 watts per square foot. I wouldn't recommend upgrading immediately, though. Get through a few grows and then consider it. 200 watts is enough to grow a good crop. I have a 2x3 tent that I seldom run higher than 200 watts.
