Hi everyone

I have 4 auto flowers growing outdoors (uk). Green gelato, Royal Runtz, Mimosa and Special Queen (the cat pulled it out so replanted hence the size)

They are currently on day 25 since sprouting and all but the special queen are showing white hairs.

They’re potted in 10L pots with multi purpose compost with nutrients already in. I’ve been feeding approximately .5ml per litre for the past week and previous to that .25ml of bio bizz grow. Am I right to continue with that even through flowering. I have bloom and top max but not sure when to start and dosage

They seem really small still, I know I haven’t put enough soil in the pots and the weather hasn’t been great. I’ve just popped the 2nd round in their pots today - all 4 the same as above but any advice going forward with this lot. Thanks in advance

A large part of the growth cycle is determined by the wet dry cycle of proper water procedures. Plastic unvented pots add to the conplexity of doing so. I am not saying you should not grow in that pot but ensure a full dry cycle between watering. In addition without air reaching the soil cept at the top plastic pots take a lot longer to dry back.
Also a few places around the world are having shit seasons due to wildfires and crappy weather. If you have low sun levels the last month like a lot of folks you are not alone
seems like auto season runs a pattern. low light is slow growth and putting out to hot makes em herm.

It helps to get acquainted with the expected evaporation rate of a given pot size an factoring in plant age. In a one gallon plastic pot outdoors, even that small your looking at only watering every 3rd day; solo and nursery cup size about every other day, and those little 4 oz peat pots will fully dry back daily. And I found the best way to water those nursery cups and small peat pots is a spray bottle with the nozzle turned to the streaming side.

Thanks for the comments. I took onboard what was advised and I try to keep to a regular watering schedule. We’re now at day 25 and wow they’ve had a huge growth spurt. I started giving bio bizz grow and bloom but I think I overdid it as the mimosa auto has yellowing tips - I measured 1ml of each into 4 litres of tap water, each plant took approximately 1 litre of nutes so gonna give water for the next few days. I do alternate anyway but will give an extra couple of watering days. Thoughts?
