First sign of problems

Just making a quick post of a little issue I got going on right now. I started these girls on a 1000W HPS and I just recently had to put a puny 100W flurorescent on them temporarily. below I have pics of my problems just hoping you all can help me out on this.

From the looks of it, that leaf rests on the edge of the pot. I would guess that those spots are caused by accidentally splashing the leaves with nutrient solution which can cause spots like those. However, I cannot tell how many leaves you've shown. Is that just one? Or are multiple ones effected? If they are all near the bottom and have the potential to be splashed, then my explanation stands. If the problem is widespread and on new growth, I will have to pass the question on to someone else.
