First time grow...3rd week in veg any recommendations?

thoughts? Fox farms Ocean soil, water given about ever 3-4 days pH @ 6.04. I have not started any sort of feeding. Moving all into 5 gallon pots tomorrow, and top off soil with happy frog. Is there anything I should be doing different or could be doing better? What nutes, if any, should I go with?

basically they are tall and thin, most of the leaves are missing, lower stages secondary branches haven't grown much, that's not really ideal for flowering indoor.

what kind of light are you using ?

My advice? Dig up all her leaves and put them back on her, then, up-pot and feed her. Seriously tho, plants need their leaves. Think of leaves as 'solar powered growth engines'; the more energy they create, the faster and stronger the enginge runs; that = more energy absorbed, stored and used. In the end, they'll usually fade as they pull the nitrogen back out of the leaves.

Was using cheap Amazon led, upgraded to viperspectra 100watt led
