First time grow. Should I be worried?

Hey all, first time grow here. Just flipped to 12/12 a week ago and have noticed a couple worrying developments the last day or 2.

I didn't try and training, lollipopping, topping, anything like that. I do have a net up just to keep her tame during the stretch. So these are lower leaves. One of them has this frosty white looking powder on the tip, and the other looks burnt? Idk. Should I snip them off?

What’s your humidity at and do you have any fans in the tent. Looks like you are getting moisture on your leaves some better pics will help
