First time grower getting ready for first harvest - When do I harvest?

Hi All,

First time grower here with Critical Purple in a DWC setup. I am at week 12 of the grow and was wondering if anyone had any pointers on what indicators to look for that will suggest its time to harvest.

I have a microscope and the trichomes are still looking pretty clear but the pistils are all mostly all orange and curled up. I just started a flush today and was going to continue for the next 5 days.

Also, any advice on how long to hang dry and pointers for curing in mason jars?
