First time grower! Opinions please! 28 day old plant.. transplanted 4 days ago

This plant is 28 days old. I just transplanted it from a solo about 4 days ago.

they look a little hungry and a bit small for 4 weeks , can you give a little more info photos or auto, what size pots, soil, lights, etc? Its absolutely fixable at this point.

So I think I may have underwatered a little at first. This is my plant currently. In 3 gallon fabric container. I just fertilized and I think I may have over done it a bit. I’m nervous about nute burn. I fertilized with 6 tsp fox farm big bloom and 2.5 tsp grow big in one gallon of water. Also I have these light whitish spots on a few of the leaves and I’m not sure what it’s from.
