First time growing | Are my plants where they’re supposed to be?

Hello everyone! I’m growing two plants (white widow and jack herer) in my 4x4 tent under a sf 4000 light. I started germination March 4th. Each plant is in a 13 gallon bucket with one 13 gallon reservoir outside the tent. Here are pics of the plants and their roots:

Also, I’m growing 2 plants (Girl Scout cookies and jack herer) in my 3x3 tent under a sf2000 light. Started germination march 4th and each plant is in a 5 gal bucket with 1- 5 gal reservoir.

How are these doing ? They share a birthday with me so I would love to see progress please .
