Those melons and squashes are sure PM magnets, huh? Been spraying/cutting off leaves here that are affected....and pulled up a really nice acorn squash plant cus it was sending out runners towards my weed patch and was covered with the stuff.

I bake it like acorn an use in place of spaghetti noodles, sauce an meat right on top, throw in some good garlic bread, damn im hungry!! Lol

Powdery mildew, my friend....it's the white stuff all over those leaves in that pic above.....

don't think it will spread.....but never say never and shit happens...so I took no chances here.

yeah I see this with my squash an pumpkins every year, figured it's a gourd thing. I'm no science guy. I just always thought since them type alway havin so much water in them they get funny an rot off from havin to much. water. Lol I've never been to bright I guess. So u jus cut it off huh? Is there a way to prevent.
