I have a humidifier with an Led display running at night inside my flowering tent and nothing happensI got a Vivosun Pro 2x4 tent about a month ago. I am now seeing a few light leaks in the stitching. I've tried black gel nail polish to seal them and it is working but after several coats. Anyone have a better suggestion?
I'd love to not worry about the leaks but it's driving me nuts. Plus, my last batch had one produce nanners. I'd love to avoid that if possible.I have a humidifier with an Led display running at night inside my flowering tent and nothing happens
Just let them be my advice
Wont hurt anything
Its only if you havd constant direct light onto your plants it will be a problem
Nice name btw![]()
It's aggravating after watching hours of review videos to find out once you get the product it leaks light. I just picked up some Gorilla fabric glue. Gonna trying gluing the inner zipper flap down over the green seem.I have a Vivosun 3x3. Same problem. The leaks are pretty tiny and I chose to ignore it. Have flowered in it half a dozen times with no problems. As long as your genetics are solid, really minimal leaks like that should not cause you problems. For light leaks generally, I like wide black gorilla tape.
I've read warnings about LEDs inside tents causing revegging, so I pass them on, even though I've not had a problem. I suspect it could happen if conditions were right.I have a humidifier with an Led display running at night inside my flowering tent and nothing happens
Do you have your tent in a place where there's light outside the tent when the tent lights are off?Anyone have a better suggestion?
For the most part no. The room the tent is in is a pass thru room going our bedroom. Hardly ever a light on unless I am trimming late at night.Do you have your tent in a place where there's light outside the tent when the tent lights are off?
Well... Light leaking out of the tent isn't a problem, AFAIK. There shouldn't be much light leaking into the tent if it's in a dark place. For the most part no. Here you are letting a display light reflect in your tent and I'm over here taping off the red switch on my 6 way power strip!
Great minds think alike when it comes to picking a username.![]()
